Today Tia took me on a tour of all the local beaches. It was amazing to see all of there differences. My favorite was Sri Ma beach where there are guests houses and a beautiful beach side pool that is not that expensive to go to – about $3.00 per day. We sat in the sun, collected beautiful shells, ate a Greek salad with lemon soda and traveled onto the next beach and the Quiet Healing center http://quiethealingcenter.info/ where they offer many therapies such as acupuncture, Aquatic body work, Bioresonance, foot reflexology, and many types of massage. We didn’t stay at this beach for long but we spent time walking along the amazing stone pathways through beautiful cactus and flower gardens. The grounds were overflowing with beauty. After we took the motor bike to the last beach a cow tried to take our parking spot – the picture is below. On our way home from the beaches we stopped at a bar called Kofi Bar where they don’t serve alcohol but amazing food and ice cream coffee drinks. This is where losing weight will be difficult 🙂 At the Kofi Bar I met one of my Kindergarten students Ajitha – her father works at the bar and she helps. We had a fun drawing session. Her imagination was beautiful – she drew detailed flowers with many petals and butterflies that I don’t normally see in young drawers. The day was wonderful! Miss you all!
